Downtown Waterfront Condo w Boat Slip & Deck

The Dock Hous is an ideal retreat with beautiful river views! Positive: The Location was ideal! Across the river from downtown Elizabeth City. A brewery nearby, just across the bridge. Commutable drive to the Outer Banks. Fish or boat from the dock behind this handsome condo! My family really enjoyed staying at the Dock House!

It was our 3rd time staying at Jen’s place and we love it, the location is great, close to everything beautiful setting on the water, we will definitely be back.

Our second stay here and excited for a third visit! Gorgeous! Positive: We loved the peace and quiet. You could sit on the back porch at night and see the nearby Elizabeth City downtown lighting reflect onto the water, such a gorgeous silhouette. The condo is so nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is most definitely a place that you hate to leave but it also leaves you excited for another future visit.

Beautiful condo, easy access to downtown…everything was within walking distance, and phenomenal access to the Pasquotank river…the boardwalk and dock are within feet of the beautiful deck. Sunsets were amazing on the dock!
