Water Front Condo with Boat Slip: The Dockhouse

Amazing condo in wonderful location! Positive: The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious; the location was fantastic, quiet and very relaxing. We loved hanging out on the balcony each morning overlooking the river. The hosts were great. So many little details were thoughtfully included like a first aid kit, binoculars, extra batteries & light bulbs, and a wide variety of games just to name a few. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay there again! Negative: Nothing, everything was great!

Positive: The location was great, only 10-15 min away from any store you may need Negative: N/A

The condo was all that it said it would be and more. Everything was spotless and the furniture was very comfortable. Everything that you need is there. The place is spacious with lots of space to do your own thing if need be. The view is so pretty and Jen responded to any questions immediately. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Elizabeth City and we will definitely be coming back. back on our next trip there.
